Add water to the powder, gently whisk it with a chasen, then top up with more water or your favourite milk – dairy or plant-based. Everything comes in a convenient, airtight 40 g container that makes storage easy and helps preserve the product’s freshness. Take a moment to slow down and enjoy a drink that delights both the eye and the palate.
Preparation: Add 1 teaspoon (approx. 2–3 g) to a cup. Pour in a small amount (100 ml) of hot, but not boiling, water (70–80°C) and whisk thoroughly until a fine foam forms. Top up with water to 200 ml.
