When creating the LOYD Prescription for a Healthy Throat tea, we searched for plants perfect for the throat, larynx, and vocal cords. After deliberations, we chose a combination of thyme, aniseed, and fennel. These are best suited to the autumn, winter, and early spring, when most throat infections occur.
