Green Matcha

Before this traditional Japanese tea reaches the tables of the most demanding tea connoisseurs, it undergoes a special production process. Two to three weeks before harvesting, the tea bushes are shaded from the sun, which slows their growth. This, in turn, leads to the development of components that make the tea sweeter and more aromatic. The collected leaves are dried and then ground into powder.
